Support Center Hours: Standard hours for support are 8:30AM to 5:00PM CST Monday through Friday. Technical Support and Installation Support can be scheduled for earlier or later and even on weekends.
Instructions: When you submit a request for customer service by email, kindly include your account information, your name, details of the reason for your request, any invoice numbers, and phone number.
Refund and Return Policy: GAVX honors all manufacturer warranties and return policies as currently offered in writing by the associated manufacturer for a specific product. The customer should contact GAVX if a warranty or return is necessary. We will assist the customer in warranty and return procedures as much as is approved by the manufacturer. GAVX may accept a return directly under special circumstances. Any return requires pre-approval. Any request for a return directly to GAVX must be made within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Approved returns will be provided a RMA (Returned Matererial Authorization) number and written approval. Approved returns must be shipped with a RMA number clearly written on the box and referenced in the shipping label. All returns are shipped back to GAVX at customer expense. Equipment purchased new, returned with RMA in an unopened package, with all packaging materials present, without excess wrinkles in packaging bags or other package wear, with all components, and still new by any standard, may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% to cover handling charges and the manufacturer's restocking fee charges. Any item that was once new but has been opened and used will have a return value determined by GAVX's interpretation of the market value of that equipment in used condition. Any new item returned without an external box protecting the original manufacturer's packaging will be considered used for refund valuation purposes. Demo equipment and used equipment have a GAVX warranty that only covers the replacement of failed components, not compatibility with other equipment or fitness for an application, and only for the time period defined on the original invoice. GAVX may return a customer's money if GAVX decides it to be the best resolution. Trade-in of used or demo equipment toward new equipment or used equipment of a higher value is usually approved with 100% purchase price value, if within 90 days of purchase, if returned with RMA, if properly packaged per GAVX standards, and shipped FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2Day Air service. Approved returns in excess of $500 will be issued a credit toward future purchases. Any merchandise returned without a RMA number will not result in a credit and will not be returned due to the high labor cost associated with special handling. Any exception to the "Refund and Return Policy" must be pre-approved in writing.
